If you want to have a great career, optimize your career decisions for learning
Take your time accumulating the right data to make big decisions. But once you make a decision, there is no excuse for executing on it slowly
It's better to spend energy trying to improve something, no matter how small, than complaining
Positivity matters. Energy is infectious
Leadership is the art of having opinions and rallying people to get excited about those opinions and drive change in the world
Your energy is your most sacred asset; know what gives and sucks energy and plan your life accordingly
